 ASSISTANT COACH SIDNEY KAMERBEEK

After coaching under the tutelage of Dave Malowski for six years, Sidney was offered her first Head Coach position with the Ottawa Elite U16 JUEL Prep team for the 2022-23 season. Sidney’s coaching philosophy is grounded in the understanding that for every athlete, their time in sport is finite. As such, high-level sport must encourage growth in all areas of life, not just on the court. Sidney enjoys both teaching the sport of basketball and learn from young women in sports and looks forward to continuing this path in the 2023-24 season.
